Please only register if you are serious about playing and can commit to the below. We need an idea of numbers to make this worth doing.

This competition will be spread out over the course of the day. The groups will be drawn out 1 week before on the 20th December so you’ll know when you need to be at the venue. Last date to pay is November 30th 2025 - payment info will be sent out at a later date.

Times below are based on 80 entries - should we get more than 80 entries, the qualifying events will be spread over Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th December.

Doors 9am

Groups 1-4 starts 9.30am
Groups 5-8 starts 12pm
Groups 9-12 starts 2.30pm
Groups 13-16 starts 5pm

5 players per group - best of 3 (may increase to 6 per group depending on entries)

The top 4 from each group progress to finals day on Saturday January 17th 2026 (this will be a straight knockout and random draw so doesn’t matter where you finish in the group - you just have to qualify!) play will commence at 9.30am. Doors 8.30am.
