12 weekly events capped at 48 players 8 groups of 6

you have to have attended 3 events minimum to be eligible for finals night

the top 4 players from each group will qualify for knockout rounds

all group games and knockout rounds to semi final will be best of 3

semi final and final will be best of 5
£60 Winner

£25 Semi finals

losing quarter finalist will get the following weeks entry free only if registered non transferable

£25 for highshot on the night
£25 for furthest lady

New series new rules

all players and markers must be on the oche ready to start their game if the game hasn't started within the 5 minute time limit after being called up your game will either be forfeited or be pushed back to a later time multiple breaches of this rule will see you removed from the following week

any players seen or heard to be showing disrespect/unsportsman like conduct to players/markers before, during and after the game will be removed from the following weeks event multiple breaches of the following rule will see you removed from the series altogether

anyone who isn't able to make an event must let admin team know at least an hour before event starts failure to do so will see you removed from that weeks event

last check in time will be 7 o'clock unless notified admin team of late arrival if not checked in by this time you will be removed

groups will be drawn and complete by 7:15 and first games called to their respective board

weekly wheel spin will commence at 5 o'clock

any issues or problems let a committee member know and we will get it sorted

any decision by the committee to remove players will be final
